The safety and security of all attendees in Orlando is a top priority for ATS, and the event already benefits from a comprehensive, layered security approach. ATS has been, and will continue, working closely with the Orange County Convention Center and its security partners to ensure appropriate coverage and rapid response capabilities throughout the event.
In the ATS contract with the Orange County Convention Center, we have guaranteed that the venue will prohibit firearms along with all other weapons. The Orange County Convention Center maintains a dedicated Orange County Sheriff’s Department team assigned specifically to the convention center and the surrounding International Drive area. In addition, the facility provides building security through both static posts and roaming patrols during all hours of operation, supported by extensive on-site camera and video surveillance systems.
ATS has also contracted an additional security provider to supplement officers responsible for access control, asset protection, and maintaining security during the day-to-day on-site operations of ATS 2026. The convention center has assigned an Event Security Liaison dedicated to monitoring and assisting with the real-time execution of the security plan. A special text line will be available for members to share safety or security concerns (non-emergency) with on-site security staff. ATS continues its long-standing partnership with Events TNT, which has managed and supported ATS event security planning for nearly 20 years, providing continuity, experience, and proactive risk management. During the event, Events TNT and the overall security team will be highly visible and vigilant, working closely with venue security, law enforcement, and event leadership to ensure concerns are addressed quickly and appropriately.
In addition, a uniformed security officer will be stationed at the ATS Information Desk as an easily accessible, on-site resource for attendees with security-related concerns.
