Members of the Society’s 14 Assemblies can now cast their votes online for future Assembly leaders via Open Water. Anyone interested in voting should check to make sure that they meet all of the requirements.
Please note that Open Water will only recognize the email address associated with your ATS account. If you are unsure which email is on file, log into your ATS account to check, or contact ATS staff for assistance.
Deadline: Friday, Jan. 30, 2026
Requirements
ATS Membership Number and Assembly Affiliations (Primary & Secondary):
Voting is a privilege according to members of the ATS; therefore, you must be a member of the ATS in order to vote. Every ATS member may choose their Assembly affiliations in one primary Assembly and up to two secondary Assemblies. Each member will have the option of casting votes in the elections being held by their primary Assembly and their secondary Assemblies. Members can vote in a maximum of three elections.
Verifying your membership status, as well as primary and secondary affiliations, is now quick and easy to do online! The Member Profile Update form is safe and secure, and your updates will reflect in our database one hour from the time of your submission. You may access the form by clicking here.
How will it work?
Click on the voting links below for your primary and secondary Assembly membership (s). You will be able to view all candidates for open leadership positions— including the position descriptions, candidate photos, and biosketches, and then cast your vote.
When will the results be announced?
The results will be announced at the Assemblies’ respective membership meetings, which will be held in person May 2026, in Orlando.
