The APCCSD is excited to offer a new opportunity to members. ATS and APCCSD Past President, David Ingbar, MD, is offering his executive coaching services to up to six interested division heads (adults or pediatrics). This opportunity will include:
- Monthly coaching sessions (55 minutes) over a 4–6-month period free of charge to up to six selected division chiefs
- If individuals desire to include optional formal assessments and debriefing - such as the Hogan Leadership series, EQI2.0, LPI360 that have added cost – Dr. Ingbar will facilitate these at cost, including the debriefing by certified colleagues.
- Dr. Ingbar completed formal training as a professional executive coach through the iCoach Global program in New York City
- All sessions are confidential
How to Apply:
- Interested division heads should complete a brief form to be considered for this opportunity. Priority will be given to those division heads who have a minimum of three years in division head position.
- Dr. Ingbar will be holding introductory meetings before any final selections are made
