Sotatercept, an activin signaling inhibitor, is a novel therapeutic advancement for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). This session will begin by a brief overview of the landmark STELLAR, ZENITH, and HYPERION trials, examining how sotatercept have reshaped the PAH treatment algorithm. The focus of this journal club is to take a deep dive into data from the SOTERIA study, focusing on long-term safety and tolerability. The session aims to equip clinicians with practical guidance on patient counseling and prescribing considerations, followed by an engaging discussion where panelists will share their real-world experiences
