Extensive Acute and Sustained Changes to Neutrophil Proteomes Post-SARS-CoV-2 Infection

During this journal club, Merete Long, PhD, MSc, will present the recently published European Respiratory Journal paper which describes their analysis of peripheral blood neutrophils from hospitalized patients across three patient groups (COVID-19, non-COVID-19 lower respiratory tract infection and matched controls) using mass spectrometry, revealing novel proteomic changes in acute and convalescent COVID-19. Following the presentation, there will be a panel discussion from experts in the field.
