The ATS publishes official documents including clinical practice guidelines, clinical statements, technical statements, policy statements, research statements, and workshop reports. Creation of an official ATS document is open to all ATS members through an annual application and review process. In addition, ATS has a Guideline Methodology Training Program that provides hands-on training in evidence synthesis, evidence appraisal, and guideline development.
Anyone who is interested in learning more about creating official ATS documents and/or the ATS guideline methodology training program is welcome to attend an informational program that is being held on Monday, May 19th, 7:00 – 8:30 pm, Pacific J, Fourth Floor, San Francisco Marriott Marquis. Light appetizers will be served. Please RSVP to kwilson@thoracic.org. Space is limited.
