Novel gene candidates in PAH - A role for FoxF1 in Pulmonary Hypertension?

This Journal Club involves the presentation of the recent work of Jose Gomez-Arroyo, MD, PhD, titled: "Role of Forkhead box F1 in the Pathobiology of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension", and is published on BioRxiv. This publication highlights the identification of FoxF1 as possible novel PAH risk gene, matching previous translational work of FoxF1 in lung vascular stability. Two international experts in the field will join the discussion and give their views on the presented data. The panelists include Chris R. Rhodes, PhD, Imperial College, London and Sue Gu, MD, University of Colorado, Anschutz. The discussion will be hosted by Jurjan Aman, MD, PhD, Amsterdam UMC, NL.
