This joint webinar, hosted by the Japanese Respiratory Society and the American Thoracic Society, will highlight advances in multi-omics approaches and their impact on respiratory research. Russ Bowler, MD, PhD, Cleveland Clinic and the American Thoracic Society will present: “Integrating Multi-Omics to Understand COPD Pathogenesis.” Ryuya Edahiro, MD, Osaka University and the Japanese Respiratory Society will present: “Multi-layered Single-Cell Genomics in COVID-19.” The session will be chaired by Amy Attaway, MD, Cleveland Clinic, Merry-Lynn McDonald, MSc, PhD, University of Alabama, and Shimpei Gotoh, MD, PhD, Kyoto University, and will conclude with a panel discussion and audience Q&A. This program offers an opportunity to learn from international thought leaders and foster collaboration across disciplines.
