Maritz Global Events is the official hotel vendor for the ATS 2026 International Conference. The ATS is not responsible for reservations or bookings made by any other individuals, agents, websites, or entities.
Please be aware that hotel resellers may contact you, offering discounted hotel rates and services for your trip. These offers are not endorsed or affiliated with ATS. Engaging with these companies could lead to costly consequences. If you receive unsolicited messages from companies offering hotel services for ATS 2026, please forward them to ATS@maritz.com, including your name and company/organization.
When booking your hotel, look for the ATS 2026 Official Vendor seal, which ensures your reservations are safe, secure, and officially associated with ATS 2026.
Hotel Deadlines and Information
- You must be registered for the ATS 2026 International Conference to secure a hotel reservation. ATS 2026 hotels will not accept direct reservations, and Maritz Global Events will only book your hotel once they verify your conference registration.
- A credit card valid through June 2026 is required to reserve a hotel room. Confirmation emails will be sent from Maritz Global Events.
- Hotel reservation requests must be received by Maritz Global Events no later than Friday, May 1, 2026 (5 p.m. EST). After this date, reservations and rates are subject to availability.
- Please carefully review your confirmation and the hotel’s cancellation policy to ensure you meet all deadlines.
