Maritz Global Events is the official hotel vendor for the ATS 2026 International Conference. The ATS is not responsible for reservations or bookings made by any other individuals, agents, websites, or entities.
Please be aware that hotel resellers may contact you, offering discounted hotel rates and services for your trip. These offers are not endorsed or affiliated with ATS. Engaging with these companies could lead to costly consequences. If you receive unsolicited messages from companies offering hotel services for ATS 2026, please forward them to thoracic@maritz.com, including your name and company/organization.
When booking your hotel, look for the ATS 2026 Official Vendor seal, which ensures your reservations are safe, secure, and officially associated with ATS 2026.
Hotel Deadlines and Information
- You must be registered for the ATS 2026 International Conference to secure a hotel reservation. ATS 2026 hotels will not accept direct reservations, and Maritz Global Events will only book your hotel once they verify your conference registration.
- A credit card valid through June 2026 is required to reserve a hotel room. Confirmation emails will be sent from Maritz Global Events.
- Hotel reservation requests must be received by Maritz Global Events no later than Friday, May 1, 2026 (5 p.m. EST). After this date, reservations and rates are subject to availability.
- Please carefully review your confirmation and the hotel’s cancellation policy to ensure you meet all deadlines.

Getting to Orlando
Orlando International Airport (MCO) offers nonstop flights to more than 160 destinations worldwide and is J.D. Power & Associates’ No. 1 mega airport in the southeastern U.S. for customer satisfaction. The airport is about 14 miles or a 20-minute drive from the Orange County Convention Center via FL-528.
Getting Around Orlando

I-Ride (I-Drive District trolley): Operates daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Stops are situated up and down the main thoroughfares, and trolleys come along about every 20 minutes. The trolley cash fare is $2.00 per person/per ride, kids $1.00 per ride (ages 3-9), seniors $0.25 per ride (age 65 and over). Unlimited Ride Passes are available.

LYNX (Bus): Orlando’s LYNX bus service is convenience at its finest, offering highly affordable transportation across Central Florida including Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake Counties, plus parts of Polk and Volusia Counties. Single rides cost only $2 and day passes are $4.50.

ATS Conference Shuttle
Shuttle Service will be available at Hotels in the ATS 2026 Hotel Block that are not connected to the Orange County Convention Center. Please check the ATS 2026 Conference App or your hotel front desk staff for more information.
