Registration Location at the Orange County Convention Center

For your convenience, registration is located in the West Building Registration Concourse (Level 1), Orange County Convention Center. 

This location includes: 

• Scan and Go: Designed for attendees and exhibitors who are ready to pick up their badges quickly.
• Assisted Registration: Provides on-site support for attendees who need to make changes to their registration.
• Membership Desk
• Information Desk
• ADA Accessible Counters

The ATS International Conference Office is located at the OCCC West Concourse, Room W221A (Level II). 

ATS 2026 sessions, special events, assembly meetings, and committee meetings will be held at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) West Concourse. Ancillary meetings and events will take place at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. 

The ATS encourages Industry Supported Evening Symposia in conjunction with the ATS 2026 International Conference. These programs will take place at the following hotels: 

• Hyatt Regency Orlando
• Hilton Orlando
• Rosen Centre
• Rosen Plaza

Exhibits will be held at the OCCC West Concourse, Halls WA4-WB4 (Level II). 

On-site child care is available through Accent. Please click here for more information and to register. 

Children under 12 and strollers are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall, Session Rooms, and the Thematic Poster Hall at any time due to liability and insurance concerns. Children 12-18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. 

OCCC West Concourse: First aid stations are located throughout the facility. Confirmed locations will be announced closer to the Conference. 

ATS Hotels: Contact the hotel's front desk for any emergencies. 

Coffee & Connection booths are located in the Exhibit Hall. These areas offer comfortable, lounge style seating designed for networking and meaningful conversations. Check the exhibit hall map or directory for locations.

The press office is at the OCCC West Concourse, Room W339B (Level III). It will be open to members of the press beginning, Sunday, May 17 during the following dates and times: 

Foreign currency exchange services are available at the Orlando International Airport. Currency Exchange International is located before security in Terminal A, Level 3, near Gates 1-59. CXI operates daily 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., except Tuesdays, opening at 9 a.m.
