For sponsors looking for a budget friendly presentation option in the ATS 2027 Exhibit Hall, an Innovation Hub presentation is the perfect choice. Innovation Hubs provide an intimate venue for sponsors to create a dynamic interaction with attendees. The sponsor is given the opportunity to do a brief presentation and then engage the audience with a challenge or question to prompt discussion. The discussion allows attendees to interact with both the presenter and each other for a richer educational experience.

Available Sunday through Tuesday, this learning experience consists of rapid fire sessions of 20-30 minutes, led by subject-matter experts from industry.

  • Innovation Hubs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A sponsor will be assigned a maximum of five programs initially with a possibility of one additional program, based on availability.
  • Innovation Hubs are 20-30 minute programs from 11:45 AM – 2:45 PM in the Exhibit Hall. Please be courteous and adhere to the allotted time. Programs running long risk having their sound system turned off.
  • Each Innovation Hub seats 35 people with standing room around the perimeter of the space.
  • Programs offering CME/CE/MOC credit are not permitted . The use of any space within the convention center that is affiliated with the Innovation Hub should support conference activities, and cannot be used in combination with developing CME/CE Material or any form of Professional Credit.
  • A standard A/V package comprised of monitor, speakers, wireless microphone, and laptop computer is furnished by the ATS.
  • Listing on pre-conference and onsite marketing materials, including the ATS 2027 Schedule at a Glance, ATS Conference News site, ATS provided signage, Conference mobile app
  • Dedicated industry program page on the ATS Conference News site
  • Recognition in the ATS 2027 social media marketing
  • Recognition in an email highlighting the industry programs
  • Complimentary one-time use of the ATS 2027 Attendee List Rental
  1. Online application opens September 22, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. ET.
  2. Applicants select the top five choices for day, time, and location during the application process.
  3. Applicants will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in waves and as they are assigned a contract and invoice will follow no later than five weeks from submissions date.
  4. Contracts are issued via DocuSign with signature requested within 10 business days of receipt. NO deposit is required and an invoice will be issued upon completed contracts and due according to the following payment schedule:
    1. Contracted on or before March 1, 2027: Payments are due within 30 days of original invoice
    2. Contracted between March 1-April 1, 2027: Payments are due within 14 days of original invoice
    3. Contracted after April 1, 2027: Payment due in full at time of reservation via ACH or Credit Card
  5. Program cancellations received on or prior to February 1, 2027 are subject to a $10,000 cancellation fee per program. Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a refund.
